Shipping, taxes and your destination
Shipping arrangements and costs depend on the delivery country, address, order quantity, package dimensions and delivery method. Keep the goods and packaging while we review the issue. Dispatch and delivery times
In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment and order details are confirmed. Standard orders requiring stock preparation are usually dispatched within 7–15 business days after confirmation. Custom products, special packaging and large-volume orders have a separately agreed schedule, confirmed in writing before ordering. These periods cover preparation and dispatch, not arrival. Transit time is estimated separately according to the destination and shipping method; customs clearance and local delivery may affect arrival. If an agreed dispatch date changes, we will contact you with the revised schedule.
